On February 12th, on the third day of the Lunar New Year, Wu Bo, a member of the Standing Committee and Executive Vice Mayor of Hengshui City, and leaders from all levels of the city, visited Hebei Jiheng Sairui Chemical Co., Ltd. to inspect the safety production work of the enterprise during the Spring Festival. Li Jingli, the General Manager of Jiheng Sairui Company, and other enterprise leaders accompanied the inspection.

    The Spring Festival holiday is a key period for strengthening safety production management. In the control room of the company, Mayor Wu gained a detailed understanding of the company's basic situation and recent business operations, carefully inquired about the safety production deployment during the Spring Festival period, and conducted on-site inspections of the real-time status of various production devices, especially key parts. The General Manager of the company, Li Jingli, gave a detailed report on a series of safety production strengthening management measures taken by the company, including pre holiday "Three Ones" activities, upgrading holiday duty and safety supervision, strengthening post staffing and emergency duty, increasing inspection frequency, and implementing measures to address hidden dangers. (The "Three Ones" activity refers to organizing a comprehensive pre holiday hazard investigation, convening a special expanded meeting of the pre holiday safety committee, and conducting a major hazard source emergency drill.)

    Mayor Wu affirmed the various measures taken by the company to strengthen safety production management during the holiday period and proposed to promote this experience throughout the city. He emphasized that enterprises should firmly establish the concept of safety development, coordinate the relationship between "high-level safety" and "high-quality development", strictly implement the main responsibility of safety production, continuously improve the ability of hazard investigation and emergency response, and strictly prevent the occurrence of safety accidents. At the same time, he pointed out that government departments at all levels should strengthen their assistance and services to enterprises, guide them to increase their production capacity and make more contributions to achieving a good start in the first quarter.

    When discussing the further standardization and improvement of safety management and long-term development plans for enterprises, Li Jingli said that we will, in accordance with the government's requirements, further strengthen the main responsibility of enterprise safety management, continuously deepen the digital construction of the dual prevention mechanism, increase efforts in hidden danger investigation and problem rectification, improve the safety quality and emergency response ability of all employees, and strive to create a safety culture with Hebei characteristics.
